Ajvar – Pepper & Aubergines

Ajvar is made in various ways, but my favorite is the combination of peppers and eggplants. Originally, ajvar was a salad made from eggplants and peppers, but over the years, it has evolved into a spread served alongside dishes. My personal favorite is to enjoy it with grilled eggplants, which gives it that authentic homemade flavor.
