Chilli Sauce – Smoked Jalapeño

Jalapeño is my favorite chili because it’s very "meaty" and can be used in a variety of dishes and sauces. By smoking it, we aimed to bring a flavor that evokes the homeliness reminiscent of ham, yet it's still something vegetarians can enjoy. The sauce is perfect for all types of grilled meats, as an addition to BBQ sauce, or simply mixed into mayonnaise for a fantastic dip for various fried snacks. When you open this bottle of chili sauce, the pleasant smoky aroma will conjure up images of a piece of meat just waiting to be tossed on the hot grill.
