Forest Honey

Forest honey has different shades of brown, as it is a natural mixture of honey that the forest offers us. It is darker in colour, and often has a pleasant acidulous note. It is rich in minerals and other important nutrients. Bees collect nectar and honeydew from various tree species and plants of forest undergrowth in the forest pasture. Therefore, honey from this pasture is quite diverse, depending on the species that prevail in it.
