Green Tomato Chutney

Green tomatoes are certainly an unusual combination that we’re not used to in our everyday diet, but their slightly sour, under-ripe flavor is just right for pairing with appetizers. I find them indispensable with cheeses, especially aged ones. I also wouldn’t shy away from using them as a topping for burgers. They’re definitely worth indulging in!
