Half-spicy Ajvar – Jalapeño & Aubergines

Part of my mildly spicy ajvar is jalapeño, which adds a pleasant kick and juiciness, while the eggplants give it a creamy texture that’s perfect for spreading on bread. Needless to say, it pairs wonderfully with grilled dishes. You can also mix it with cream cheese to make an excellent spread for sandwiches or rolls.
