Pepper & Aubergines Spicy Ajvar

Part of my spicy ajvar is jalapeño, which gives ajvar a pleasantly spicy and juicy character, while the aubergines add a creamy texture so that you can also spread it on bread. It is probably needless to say that it goes perfectly with grilled dishes. It can be mixed with cream cheese to create an excellent spread for a sandwich or a bread roll.
