Red Onion Chutney

Onion is certainly one of my five favourite ingredients in the kitchen. It can be used in different ways, fried, in sauce, in soup, as a purée etc. Our chutney is great with all meat dishes. You can add some mascarpone cheese to it and it becomes an excellent spread for various burgers.
