Spread – Pumpkin & Yellow Pepper

A spread that will delight you with its gently sweet taste. Pumpkin has a rich flavor, though it varies greatly depending on the variety. For this spread, I chose to use Hokkaido and butternut squash, combined with yellow and orange mini snack peppers. You can enjoy the spread simply on toasted bread, but add a bit of smoked cottage cheese, and you’ve got the perfect snack for any occasion.
