White Onion & Thyme Chutney

It sounds salty, but it is really sweet. I recommend it for salty snacks and dishes. It was the first time I encountered it in France, and I liked it immediately. You can eat it next to a pâté, tartar steak, in a burger, on a steak, or simply make an onion pie with it.
